Arena battle game/ palette swap/ controls

 Local Arena Battle games are a two player game were the two players are located on the same keyboard.
player 1 will have the controls: up arrow, left arrow, right arrow, down arrow and a attack button near these these keys.
player 2 will have the controls: W, A, S, D and a attack button near these keys.

Players 1 and 2 will need different colours to show them apart however if they also have different designs that can become confusing if enemy sprites are also implemented.
Usually players 1 and 2 will look the same design wise but have contrasting colours, this is called a pattate swap. A example of this would be Mario and Luigi from the game 'Super Mario Bros'. Whilst they may have slightly different designs they look near enough the same to not be mistaken as a enemy. The game shows the two players in the colours red (Mario) and green (Luigi).


My arena battle game-

My arena game will be set in space where to alien looking players will fight to the death. They are both equipped with laser guns to attack the other player. They both also have the behavior 'wrap' this allows them to go to one end of the layout and end up on the other side of the same layout.

The game is good but lacked in keeping hold of my attention. Maybe you could add some power ups or enemies that attack both players.

-choice of maps and characters
- in game currency to buy maps and characters (one kill = one coin)

player 2 idle
